Serta® Hospitality, a leading provider of brand-specific mattresses for the hotel industry, needed ongoing support for its WordPress site to ensure performance, security, and brand consistency. To keep operations running smoothly, I implemented a monthly maintenance cycle that includes updating all plugins, themes, and WordPress core, followed by a full site review to confirm stability post-update. I also handled several front-end and content enhancements, such as adding a Guest Reviews carousel modeled after Beautyrest’s testimonial slider, refining the Find a Rep lead-routing system, updating international and Canada rep pages with new contact layouts, and improving forms with clearer messaging and functionality. Additionally, I reviewed and addressed AppSec scan findings to strengthen site security and modernize configurations without disrupting uptime.
These continuous improvements helped maintain a polished, reliable site experience for both visitors and the client team—supporting brand credibility and lead generation.
